I feel very confident in stating that the board knows--I am talking about the Nuclear Waste Technical Review Board-- that of the more than 100 operating nuclear power reactors at 75 sites in 34 States, 23 will require additional storage space probably before the turn of the century. They are saying those 23, just leave them like they are. They have seen them, studied them, do not worry about them. The cooling ponds are fine. But if you have to move them to dry cask storage then do that.
