Finally, I say to my friend from South Carolina that the debate here is not over. The Senator from South Carolina is not the reason this bill isn't going forward. The reason this bill is not going forward is that they will not allow the Senator from South Carolina to offer an amendment. I don't know, but I assume the Senator might want to offer an amendment on minimum wage, or he might want to offer the Shays-Meehan bill. He would agree to 5 minutes to each side to speak on each one of those. We have had 7 days. If we had those with 20 minutes out of 6 days to speak, that isn't much time, is it?
