As I indicated last week when we got into a discussion about this, we should measure the quality of the nominees, not the quantity. We are today talking about the quantity of nominees. But we also have to be concerned about the quality of these nominees. We should confirm capable, mainstream nominees who are the product of bipartisan cooperation.
