If that is the only way we can get this bill out of here, I am willing to do that for the 13 million Americans who depend on minimum wage. How could someone in the minority vote against what they asked for? We gave them what they asked for. They got all the business tax deductions, tax cuts, and then they are going to vote against cloture? I don't understand.”
