The fact is, as I have explained, the area of land where they have the lease and are paying royalties on land that was patented a long time ago. They didn't have to spend any money to develop that. It was right there. They did not have to spend money to get a patent. It was already patented. In modern-day mining it costs a lot of money to patent a claim. It didn't use to. It does now.
