The Senator is aware that the majority of the Democrats in the Senate have agreed to change the estate tax to increase the amount--this is a floor, I should say. The Senator from North Dakota is in the Chamber. He offered an amendment that I supported which would have increased it, as I recall, to about $4 million and also exempted family-owned businesses. I think that everyone knows, hearing this colloquy among the three of us, that we support changing the estate tax. It is not as if we are totally opposed to changing it. Does the Senator from Illinois agree that we think it should be done incrementally and not eliminated completely?
