I have spoken to both managers of the bill. Senator Dorgan and I have an amendment. It is simple in nature. I think it is something that should be accepted. It is something that could be reviewed in conference. It would require an independent audit of the Federal Reserve Board. Otherwise, we will offer that amendment. It will not take long.
