I ask unanimous consent the Senate proceed to the consideration of S. Res. 100, which was submitted earlier today. The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the resolution by title. The bill clerk read as follows: A resolution (S. Res. 100) commending and congratulating the University of Louisville men's basketball for winning its third Division I National Collegiate Athletic Association championship, and the University of Louisville women's basketball team for being runner up in the 2013 Women's Division I National Collegiate Athletic Association Basketball Tournament. There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the resolution.
