reserving the right to object. We have no problem moving the vote to noon, but I want everyone to be clear that we would be happy to have a vote to pass this bill right now. The only thing holding up the bill is, of course, the amendment of which the Presiding Officer is well aware. We would be happy to move right now with the amendments that have been agreed to--the managers' package we agreed to the night before last--and finish this bill now. I have no objection.
