What we would like to do--we certainly will work with the distinguished Republican leader at a later time. I don't think Senators Shelby and Dodd want energy to be part of this bill. If we can get 60 votes on it, we will be happy to stick it in this bill. What Senator McConnell and I talked about--I think it is fair, and we do a lot of business with 60 votes around here. We are not trying to stop anybody from doing anything.
