we are certainly pleased we are going to pass this opioid bill shortly. Everyone should understand that the bill would have had some meat if, in fact, we had an opportunity to adopt the Shaheen amendment. It would have funded the authorization that we are now talking about. My friend always talks about the $470 million. That has already been obligated. That was last year's obligation to take care of this issue. This authorization bill has no money. For my friend to say we have $470 million is certainly not a factual statement. ____________________
