For that reason, I will ask unanimous consent that we recess subject to the call of the Chair, and I will make that motion in just a minute. For the information of all Senators, I don't expect or anticipate any action here before 9 o'clock, so I doubt we would reconvene before 9 p.m. tonight. So I ask unanimous consent that the Senate stand in recess subject to the call of the Chair.
