Why can't we have a vote on Blumenthal? That is all--one vote, 30 minutes. If you work it out to satisfaction, we don't need to have that vote. What could be more reasonable than that?

Get rid of the filibuster. It`s nothing. As Barack Obama said at John Lewis` funeral, it`s part of the leftovers from the days of slave owners. You have got to get rid of it. It`s very bad.
