I ask unanimous consent that the HELP Committee be discharged from further consideration of S. Res. 129, and that the Senate proceed to its immediate consideration. The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered. The clerk will report. The assistant legislative clerk read as follows: A resolution (S. Res. 129) honoring the 29 coal miners who perished in the explosion at the Upper Big Branch Mine in Montcoal, West Virginia, on April 5, 2010, and remembering all those who have lost their lives while mining for the resources on which the United States relies. There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the resolution.
