following my remarks and those of the Republican leader, the Senate will resume consideration of the appropriations bill led by Senator Mikulski. We hope to begin the consideration of the bill today. We are now postcloture. We had to file cloture to get on the bill, as usual, and I think we have wasted the 30 hours. But that is where we are. So we hope to begin consideration of the bill today and work through the amendments. Senators will be notified when votes are scheduled. ____________________
