I ask unanimous consent that notwithstanding passage of S. 1813, the Moving Ahead for Progress in the 21st Century Act, the Boxer amendment No. 1903 be agreed to. The Boxer amendment is technical in nature. It strikes title V of division C with the heading entitled ``Research and Innovative Technology Administrative Reauthorization Act of 2012,'' which was moved to division E. The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered. The amendment (No. 1903) was agreed to, as follows: Amendment No. 1903 (Purpose: To make a technical correction) Strike title V of division C with the heading entitled ``Research and Innovative Technology Administration Reauthorization Act of 2012''. ____________________
