The amendment is as follows: (Purpose: To eliminate certain working lands conservation programs) At the appropriate place, insert the following: SEC. _____. ELIMINATION OF CERTAIN WORKING LANDS CONSERVATION PROGRAMS. (a) Conservation Stewardship Program.--Subchapter B of chapter 2 of subtitle D of title XII of the Food Security Act of 1985 (16 U.S.C. 3838d et seq.) is repealed. (b) Environmental Quality Incentives Program.--Chapter 4 of subtitle D of title XII of the Food Security Act of 1985 (16 U.S.C. 3839aa et seq.) is repealed.
