the mere fact that we now have the right to vote doesn't mean people have to have recorded votes. There are other ways of rejecting or approving amendments. I hope people will talk to Senators Lieberman and Collins and find out if there needs to be a recorded vote on these matters. I appreciate the cooperation of both sides. ____________________
