Very briefly, I want to respond to my friend from Arizona. I have worked with the senior Senator from Arizona on many things over these many years we have been in Congress together, and I heard what he said. I appreciate his suggesting we have a conversation about what is going to happen in the next couple of days and I am always willing to do that. The ACTING PRESIDENT pro tempore. The Senator from Virginia.
