There are administrative duties--this is a huge organization-- waiting to be done. But we are going to have to go through the cloture process all over again on this man. What a waste of our time--our time--the people's time. Anyway, that is what we are going to do. We are going to vote to confirm him today and then come back at some later time and confirm him to be the Vice Chair. We could not confirm him as Vice Chair first because he is not a member of the Board. Following that vote, the Senate will be in recess until 2 p.m.…”
