there will be three rollcall votes tomorrow beginning at 11:30 a.m., including passage of the Transportation bill. At 2:30 p.m. there will be up to 17 cloture votes on the judicial nominations. I am working with various parties to see if we can work something out on those nominations. We hope we can, but if not we will have those votes. ____________________
