I had a conversation with the Republican leader. We have a very important briefing today at 3:30, and it will be in the classified area of the Visitor Center. We are going to have Secretary Burns, General Clapper will be there, the head of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Secretary Panetta will be there to talk about a number of countries around the world on which we need to focus our attention. I hope we have very good attendance at this meeting. It will be very important that we have Senators listen to what these gentlemen have to say, so I ask unanimous consent that we be in recess today from 3:30 until 4:30. The PRESIDING OFFICER.
