I ask that the Chair lay before the Senate a message received from the House of Representatives with respect to H.R. 588. The PRESIDING OFFICER laid before the Senate a bill H.R. 588 to provide for donor contribution acknowledgements to be displayed at the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Visitor Center, and for other purposes, with an amendment.
