Madam President, following any leader remarks, the Senate will be in a period of morning business for 1 hour. The majority will control the first half of that time and the Republicans will control the final half. Following morning business, the Senate will resume consideration of the Economic Development Act, with the time until 2 p.m. equally divided between the opponents and proponents of the Tester amendment. At approximately 2 p.m., there will be a rollcall vote in relation to the Tester amendment regarding swipe fees, with a 60-vote threshold. ____________________
