I now ask unanimous consent to proceed to S. Res. 275. The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the resolution by title. The legislative clerk read as follows: A resolution (S. Res. 275) designating October 29, 2013, as ``National Technological Innovation Day'' to recognize that technological innovation is critical to the United States economy and commemorating the contributions of innovation to prosperity in the United States and abroad. There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the resolution.
