“We have before us the small business bill we have worked on so hard. As I went through the bill today, virtually every provision in this is bipartisan, except some are strictly Republicans with no Democrats involved. It expands access to credit for small business all across America, cuts taxes for small business, and expands domestic and foreign markets for small business.
