Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that we proceed to the immediate consideration of S. Res. 105. The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the resolution by title. The legislative clerk read as follows: A resolution (S. Res. 105) to condemn the December 19, 2010, elections in Belarus, and to call for the immediate release of all political prisoners and for new elections that meet international standards. There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the resolution.
