Mr. President, we are now on the motion to proceed to this measure called the Paycheck Fairness Act. At 5 p.m. this afternoon the Senate will proceed to executive session to consider the nomination of Timothy Hillman to be U.S. District Judge for Massachusetts. There will be 30 minutes of debate at that time led by Senator Leahy. At 5:30 p.m., there will be a rollcall vote on confirmation of the Hillman nomination. Measure Placed on the Calendar-- S.J.
