Talk about dysfunction, during the time Lyndon Johnson was leader, we had one or perhaps two filibusters. The second was arguable. As for me, for my first 8 years, there were 644 filibusters--how is that for dysfunction--led by the Republican minority, trying to embarrass Barack Obama and bring this country to its knees.…”
