Harry Reid said "I ask unanimous consent that on Wednesday, April 2, 2014, at a time to be determined by me, in consultation with Senator McConnell, the Senate proceed to executive session to consider the following nominations: 520, 679, 705; that there be 2 minutes of debate equally divided in the usual form; that upon the use or yielding back of that time, the Senate proceed to vote on the nominations in the order listed; that all rollcall votes after the first be 10 minutes in length; that the motions to reconsider be considered made and laid upon the table with no intervening action or debate; that no further motions be in order; that any related statements be printed in the Record; that the President be immediately notified of the Senate's action and the Senate resume legislative session.
