I would hope following the Republicans' luncheon they will allow us to move to this bill. Senator Johnson and staff are ready to move forward on this legislation. We would hope after the luncheon they would allow us to be on it. So it would be open for amendment. There are lots of spots open for people to offer amendments. This would be our first appropriations bill. I think it would be, especially in that we are working on these budgets, deficit- reduction programs right now here and at the White House, a good message to everybody that we can do an appropriations bill and stay within our legislative framework as far as spending.
