I will just repeat what I said before. Any one Senator, as we have learned--those of us who have served in the Senate and those who have not been around here a long time--any one Senator can really throw things into a turmoil, on your side or on my side. And the purpose of this is to make sure we finish the Kagan nomination before we leave. Mr. McCONNELL. Will the majority leader yield for an observation?
