I will just repeat what I said before. Any one Senator, as we have learned--those of us who have served in the Senate and those who have not been around here a long time--any one Senator can really throw things into a turmoil, on your side or on my side. And the purpose of this is to make sure we finish the Kagan nomination before we leave.
