I ask unanimous consent that when the Senate completes its business today, it adjourn until 10 a.m. tomorrow, Tuesday, March 5, 2013; that following the prayer and pledge, the morning hour be deemed expired, the Journal of proceedings be approved to date, and the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use until later in the day, and that following any leader remarks, the Senate proceed to a period of morning business until 11:45 a.m., with Senators permitted to speak therein for up to 10 minutes each, with the time equally divided and controlled between the two leaders or their designees, with the majority controlling the first 30 minutes and the Republicans controlling the second 30 minutes; further, that following morning business, the Senate proceed to consideration of S. Res. 64; finally, that the Senate recess from 12:30 p.m. until 2:15 p.m. for the weekly caucus meetings. The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered. ____________________
