The bill clerk read as follows: A resolution (S. Res. 179) to constitute the majority party's membership on certain committees for the One Hundred Thirteenth Congress, or until their successors are chosen. A resolution (S. Res. 180) making minority party appointments for the 113th Congress. There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the resolutions.
