we have a very important matter at 4 today. The Secretary of State is coming to address all of us as to what is going on in the Middle East and around the world. There will be intelligence officers here and a lot of other people. So I ask unanimous consent that the Senate recess from 4 to 5 today to accommodate this very important Senators-only briefing.
