I ask unanimous consent that when the Senate completes its business today, it adjourn until tomorrow, March 21 at 9:30 a.m.; that following the prayer and pledge, the Journal of proceedings be approved to date, the morning hour be deemed expired, and the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use later in the day; that following any leader remarks, the Senate be in a period of morning business for an hour; that during that period of time, Senators be allowed to speak for up to 10 minutes each, with the time equally divided and controlled between the two leaders or their designees, with the Republicans controlling the final half, the majority the first half; that following morning business, the Senate resume consideration of H.R. 3606; finally, that the time from 2:30 p.m. until 3 p.m. be as in morning business to acknowledge the milestone reached by Senator Barbara Mikulski of Maryland as the longest serving woman in Congress in the history of our country. The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered. ____________________
