following leader remarks, the Senate will be in a period of morning business until 4:30 p.m. During that time Senators will be permitted to speak for up to 10 minutes each. At 4:30 p.m. the Senate will begin consideration of the Hurricane Sandy emergency supplemental, H.R. 152. At 5:30 p.m. there will be at least two rollcall votes. The first vote is expected to be in relation to the Lee amendment to H.R. 152, and the second vote will be on passage of H.R. 152. ____________________
