Mr. President, the Senate will be in a period of morning business until 4:30 today. Following morning business, the Senate will be in executive session to consider the nomination of Donald Verrilli to be Solicitor General of the United States. Unless an agreement is reached, at approximately 5:30 p.m. the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the Verrilli nomination. ____________________
