I ask unanimous consent that when the Senate completes its business today, it adjourn until 2 p.m. on Monday, January 28, 2013; that following the prayer and the pledge, the morning hour be deemed expired, the Journal of proceedings be approved to date, and the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use later in the day; that the Senate proceed to a period of morning business until 4:30 p.m., with Senators permitted to speak during that period of time for up to 10 minutes; further, that following morning business, the Senate proceed to H.R. 152 under the previous order.
