At noon there will be a cloture vote on the substitute amendment. The Senate will recess from 12:30 to 2:15 p.m. to allow for the weekly caucus meetings. At 2:15 there will be two votes on the confirmation of the Phillips and Rice nominations to be judges. Will the Chair announce the business today. ____________________
