I wasn't planning on making a statement today. I felt we should leave the time for the vote we are having at 11. It is my understanding that under the rule, Senator Coburn and others will have a half hour to debate the Burma sanctions; is that right? The ACTING PRESIDENT pro tempore. The Senator is correct.
