Mr. President, I filed cloture on S. 1323, which is on the sense-of-the-Senate bill regarding shared sacrifice, and on the motion to proceed to H.R. 2055, the Military Construction-VA bill. It is an appropriations bill. It is an important bill. Unless an agreement is reached, there will be up to two rollcall votes Wednesday morning on these issues. ____________________
