I am happy to be a conduit to try to get something done that is reasonable and fair. If an hour is too short, we haven't been doing much today, there is plenty of time to debate legislation. So I am happy to do that. Mr. President, I understand the rules of the Senate fairly well. This is not the first time a Senator has held things up.…”
