from time to time I have to express my apologies to everyone--staff, the Presiding Officer--but I just can't come to the floor until we know what we are going to do tomorrow, and that takes a lot of time. That is what is going on while I am in my office. So I apologize to everyone. I am sorry that things take so long, and it appears we are doing nothing, but there are things being done. ____________________
