The Senate is a place to kill things. It isn’t a place that you look to get things done.

The campaign financing is the root of all evil in Congress. It’s very, very bad. And we need to start with something very simple, be done with a simple majority.

The country is better off having a real democracy, not a fake democracy. Sixty percent is not a democracy.
