Absolutely true. During the time that the Senator was asking the question, I wanted to make sure that I was confident that the answer was correct. So I leaned over my shoulder to my colleague from Nevada, and he nodded that I was absolutely right. I have never seen anything to suggest that 100 millirems is appropriate in any way.
