I announce that the Senator from Colorado (Mr. Bennet), the Senator from Ohio (Mr. Brown), the Senator from Illinois (Mr. Durbin), the Senator from Missouri (Mrs. McCaskill), the Senator from Arkansas (Mr. Pryor), and the Senator from Rhode Island (Mr. Whitehouse) are necessarily absent. I further announce that, if present and voting, the Senator from Colorado (Mr. Bennet) and the Senator from Illinois (Mr. Durbin) would each vote ``yea.''
