Senator Johnson, the sponsor of the amendment, has worked with the majority. They have worked something out that is to the satisfaction of Senator Johnson. This was his amendment. He believes the second-degree strengthens the amendment and that it should be accepted. I personally don't know the subject matter of the amendment.
