I ask unanimous consent that when the Senate completes its business today, it adjourn until Thursday, September 29, 2011, at 1:45 p.m. for a pro forma session only, with no business conducted, and that following the pro forma session, the Senate adjourn until Monday, October 3, 2011, at 2 p.m.; that following the prayer and pledge, the Journal of proceedings be approved to date, the morning hour be deemed expired, and the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use later in the day; that following any leader remarks, the Senate be in a period of morning business until 3:30 p.m., with Senators permitted to speak for up to 10 minutes each; and that following morning business, the Senate resume consideration of the motion to proceed to S. 1619, the Currency Exchange Rate Oversight Reform Act, with the time until 4:30 p.m. equally divided and controlled between the two leaders or their designees; further, at 4:30 p.m., the Senate proceed to executive session, under the previous order; finally, that the cloture vote with respect to the motion to proceed to S. 1619 occur when the Senate resumes legislative session following the rollcall vote on the confirmation of Henry Floyd to be United States Circuit Judge for the Fourth Circuit.
