Senator Byrd, I feel this very way, very strongly. I say, respectfully, to a man who is the dean of the Senate today, has been in the Senate almost 50 years, who I have the widest respect for, we are not going to resolve this issue right now. We are trying to do that. We are going to have some private conversations. What I am saying to my distinguished leader, give us a little bit of time.
